As a corporate cab service provider, we want to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards and that our customers understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully before booking our services:

  • Payment terms: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. Corporate clients can also opt for monthly billing with credit terms. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge late payment fees if invoices are not paid within the specified timeframe.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking cost. In the case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

  • Vehicle types: We offer a range of vehicle types, including economy cars, luxury sedans, and SUVs. The availability of vehicle types is subject to change based on demand and availability.

  • Driver behavior: Our drivers are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times and adhere to traffic rules and regulations. Any complaints regarding driver behavior should be reported to our customer support team immediately.

  • Passenger behavior: Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards our drivers and other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by the passenger will be charged to the customer.

  • Safety: We prioritize the safety of our passengers and drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who engages in any behavior that may pose a threat to the safety of themselves or others.

  • Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. We recommend that passengers take their belongings with them when leaving the vehicle.
